PDO (or Polydioxanone) Threads are tiny, barbed sutures that are applied underneath the top layer of skin to visibly "lift" your skin. The threads themselves are very thin, but strong, and are injected deep enough into the skin that there will be no scar tissue! The best part is that these threads dissolve on their own, and will fade away slowly over-time so there is no need to remove them.

First, we will create a channel or pocket under the skin and then insert the PDO threads. Then we'll clip the leftover thread that comes out the other end of the pocket after we lift the skin into the desired position. PDO threads will provide an immediate lift after they are fastened to the underlying layer of skin and lifted into place. Sutures may be adjusted to achieve the desired results.
