HOLLIE LANEY

OWNER + INJECTION SPECIALIST

Hollie's deep passion for helping others feel better and lead happier lives began in the field of social work. In 2006 she had an incredible opportunity to transfer the skills of social work into the healthcare industry where she enjoyed training physicians to manage the opioid epidemic. Hollie fell in love with the healthcare industry, especially the field of Medical Aesthetics. She has been a Regional Director and Trainer for an aesthetics company since 2017. Hollie has spent the past several years training Med Spas in the Midwest in the art of facial anatomy and skin tightening. She combines her passion for helping others and her love of Aesthetic Medicine as owner of The Med Spa in Woodbury, MN. Hollie believes in a customized natural approach to all aesthetic treatments. Her focus is to treat the client that is in front of her by listening to their needs, being compassionate, utilizing her expertise and experience creating personalized care plans. Her primary objective is to enhance her client’s natural beauty while slowing the aging process. 

Hollie is a certified injection specialist with extensive training in facial anatomy and skin tightening. Her favorite areas to treat are lips, cheeks, and of course any area that needs Botox! Hollie also specializes in cellulite treatments, and hand and neck rejuvenation.

In her spare time, Hollie enjoys spending time with her family, working out and weekend trips to their cabin. She is also passionate about supporting other women in business and empowering her children to dream big and make a difference in the world!

KRISTA MACKONDY

OWNER + INJECTION SPECIALIST

Krista has refined the technique of injecting and is committed to enhancing her client’s natural beauty through building strong, personalized relationships. She knows injecting is not a “one-size-fits-all” and she strives to enhance the unique individuality of her clients while still giving them a natural appearance.  Using non-surgical treatments such as fillers, neuromodulators, threads, SkinPen® and lasers; she customizes each treatment to fit each of her client’s needs.  In addition to her strong skillset in self-enhancement, Krista is profoundly moved by helping clients with mild to severe acne and scarring.

With over five years of experience in the anesthetic industry, she has built trusting relationships with her clients and a reputation among her peers as a top injector.

She is excited to be working at The Med Spa where she can continue to perfect her craft and continue her path as a leading figure in Minnesota’s anesthetic community.  Krista enjoys watching her clients leave her clinic with the confidence they deserve.  Her positive energy is infectious and will make you feel at ease!

In her spare time Krista enjoys trips to her cabin in northern Wisconsin with her family, trying new fitness classes and continuing her education on the latest trade advancements and treatments available.  

EMILY GONSIOR

ADVANCED PRACTICE LICENSED ESTHETICIAN

Emily is our Advanced Practice Licensed Esthetician. She comes with over 15 years of experience in many modalities. Emily takes a whole-body approach to skincare, looking at lifestyle, diet, and overall skin health when partnering with her clients to meet their needs and desires. With specialties in acne (both teen and adult), aging, skin pigmentation, and skin health, Emily has a wide variety of treatment capabilities and loves working with all skin types. She is well versed in multiple skincare lines, peels, European facials, skin pens, micro-needling, and laser treatments. Her goal is to partner with her clients to see that their skin goals are met and maintained and that they truly enjoy the skin that they are in.

Emily has also been a lash artist for the past 5 years, specializing in Lash Extensions and Lash lifts. Her Lash specialties focus on enhancing her clients’ natural lash line using Xtreme Lashes, or providing a low maintenance option of the long-lasting Ellebana lash lift.

As a well-rounded, Advanced Practice Esthetician, Emily meets the needs and desires of her clientele by studying and offering a variety of services to meet their daily and long-term skincare goals.

MIRANDA RIVERA

LICENSED ESTHETICIAN & LASH ARTIST

Graduating from Saint Paul College, Miranda has been doing eyelash extensions for the past 3 1/2 years and has become a 2x certified Lash Artist since her graduation. Miranda strives for the highest quality lash extensions. She is always willing to learn and constantly seeks out new sources of education and techniques so she can provide her clients with only the best, longest-lasting lash extensions possible!

During a lash appointment with Miranda, you can expect to be put at ease and truly enjoy the experience. Miranda’s goal is to create long-term relationships with her clients as she truly values your well-being and wants every individual to feel welcome, relaxed, and safe while sitting in her chair.

My mission is to give my clients a space to come into that allows them to relax, feel safe, and talk about life while building a relationship and leaving feeling their best most beautiful self!

Miranda is well versed in the world of lashes and can deliver on almost all client requests! Her favorite style is naturally emphasizing the eye to create a natural “I woke up like this” look. While it is impossible to know everything, Miranda will do her absolute best give her clients the look they are wanting while also giving them the tools and information to make sure they are keeping their natural lashes healthy.

In her free time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play their favorite sports. She loves the Minnesota Wild and going to hockey games.
